Welcome to Cafe Cha Cha - a small online shop run but a gal named Colleen, her guy named Tom, and their 15 year-old dog named Shirley.
Colleen worked in journalism in Connecticut and Pittsburgh, where she was a serious investigative reporter, style editor, and columnist. Born and raised in New York's Hudson Valley, she moved to New Haven with her family in the early 80s. After many years she moved to the Mexican War Streets, an historic neighborhood near PNC Park and Heinz Field on Pittsburgh's North Side. Although back in Connecticut, the Burgh will always tug at her heart.
Tom is a professional drummer, vintage drum proprietor, published author, and the son of a respected New England antiques appraiser. He's lived in New Orleans and Boston, but his 1860s boyhood home in Connecticut is now where he hangs his many hats and drums.
Together they combine a love of history, music, photography, and antiques to bring you things you might not discover anywhere else.
